Lantern Fish 48

This bog oak is 6000 years old, we know that from using dendrokronologi. Right from the start, this piece just looked like a creature from the abyss. In collaboration with my amazingly talented sister who is a goldsmith, we gave the sculpture full form. At a closer peek, you can see that the lanteren of amber, has caught a mosquito that is somewhat older.

6000 years old bog oak, amber, star-agate, silver and gold. Fitting in iron.
